Spend your Sunday immersed in the full Bitter End experience—from relaxed brunch to high-energy entertainment and everything in between.

The day begins with a waterfront Sunday Brunch from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, offering fresh island fare, breakfast classics, and marina views to start your morning right.

From 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, enjoy an exclusive live performance by a secret band—an elevated experience available to ticket holders only ($1200). At the same time, guests can indulge in our special BBQ Lunch ($125), featuring a whole pig roast, grilled island skewers, and a decadent dessert station.

In the afternoon, head to the Upper Quarterdeck from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM for Mojitos & Merengue, where freshly muddled cocktails and Caribbean rhythms set the perfect tone for golden hour.

As evening falls, DJ Flava brings the energy to the Reef Sampler with a Latin set from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM—expect great music, dancing, and a vibrant crowd.

End the night by the beach with our classic Bonfire & S’mores Kits. Gather around the fire, enjoy toasted treats, and take in the stars as the perfect close to an unforgettable Sunday.
